By the end of his first year, he was honored with the Rookie of the Year award for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Downtown San Diego. His investment acumen was evident early on when, at the age of 21, he negotiated, managed, and sold his first investment property in San Diego, overseeing a $160K renovation within a year.
Expanding his portfolio, Jerry acquired his first and second buy-and-hold investment properties in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, at age 22. His pursuit of excellence continued as he moved to Vancouver, WA, at 23, focusing on new home building and sales.
Jerry's ultimate goal is to own and manage 1,000 cash-flowing rental units.
